Our Beliefs
We believe there is something more to life! We believe that God is out there, and that he wants to have a relationship with us.
We believe that the Bible introduces us to God and that the Bible is God’s inspired Word that is the only true and reliable way to come to know God and his gift of Salvation.
We believe that there is One God – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that our Heavenly Father created our universe in perfection, but that sin ruined it. We trust that Jesus Christ is true God and that he came to fix the problem of sin and open the door of heaven to all people. We believe that he lived and died for us, that he rose from the dead and that he is still with us today.
We understand that the Holy Spirit comes to us through the Bible by means of Word and Sacrament to give us new life – spiritual and eternal – the gifts of God’s grace! It is a free gift and there is nothing we need to do to earn it.
In fact, we believe that the only way for imperfect human beings like us to live with a perfect God is through Jesus Christ. By believing in Jesus as our Saviour, all our sins are washed away and we have the promise of eternal life while we get to enjoy a new life here.
We believe that God gives our lives purpose, direction, peace, fulfillment, joy, freedom, understanding and wisdom. As a result, we want to share the blessings our Lord gives us – with our community and the world and more specifically we want to open our family to your family.
We want a ministry that that brings cultures together through the commonality of being redeemed children of God.
